Oklahoma Republican Congressman Kevin Hern joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to react to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas insisting the U.S. Southern border will not be open once the Title 42 public health order is lifted next week.
“He’s lying. We actually had him at a Border Caucus meeting, and the worst kind of liar is one that will come and lie to your face. He showed up on time and stayed the entire time with all of us asking questions, some 40 members of the Caucus. I asked him the first question. And as I said to him, this is nothing personal because I don’t know him. It’s about your performance. This is not something you don’t know how to do, it’s something you’re choosing not to do and you’re lying to the American people. And because of that, I sent a letter to your office, meaning Secretary Mayorkas, along with 50 other Republicans signing onto it, asking for him to resign. And he refuses to resign because, like he and the rest of the Biden administration, they think they’re doing a great job for the American people. And everything that they do, whether it’s energy policy and now when you look at baby food policies, I mean, this this president and his administration is creating a crisis a week and then failing to react before it happens.” Plus, Rep.
