WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Representative Kevin Hern (OK-01) released the following statement after the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued illegitimate, arrest warrants for Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Israel Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.

“The ICC has no credibility—just like the UN and World Health Organization. These reckless arrest warrants for Israeli officials are outrageous,” said Rep. Hern. “Israel is fighting for its survival, and we won’t stand by as their lawful defense against Iran and its proxies is undermined. Our allies are ready for President Trump's strong leadership, and our adversaries should be on notice. America stands with Israel, today and always.”
