Rep. Hern holds open forum in Dewey, answers questions from constituents

Representative Kevin Hern (OK-01) spoke with constituents in Dewey, Okla., this morning on topics ranging from immigration to infrastructure to federal spending. Tom Davis of Bartlesville Radio moderated the event.

“I always enjoy my time in Washington County. Towns like Dewey are the backbone of America,” said Rep. Hern. “It’s important to focus on more than just the big cities in my district because the priorities and needs of small-town America are very different. This is a discussion that’s happening across the country – densely populated metros should not cancel out the voices of our small towns. I had a great conversation with my constituents in Dewey today and I can’t wait to come back!”
