WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Kevin Hern (OK-01) applauded the election of Rep. Jay Obernolte (CA-23) as Chairman of the House Republican Policy Committee (RPC) for the remainder of the 119th Congress. 

“It’s been an honor to serve as the House Republican Policy Committee Chairman,” said Rep. Hern. “I’m proud of the work we’ve done to move President Trump's America-First agenda forward, and I’m thankful for the trust placed in me to lead principled, conservative policy wins for the American people.”

Rep. Hern was elected to serve as Chairman of the House Republican Policy Committee for the 119th Congress in November 2024. He previously served as the Republican Study Committee Chairman for the 118th Congress.
