WASHINGTON, D.C. – House Republican Policy Chairman Kevin Hern (OK-01) issued the following statement after the U.S. House passed the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025.

“Biological men don’t belong in women’s sports – it’s just a fact,” said Rep. Hern. “Yet, 203 Democrats voted to allow biological men in women’s sports instead of standing up for fairness and protecting women and girls. I am proud to be a cosponsor of this critical legislation to protect female athletes – we will not give up the fight!”
