Hern elected Chairman of Republican Policy Committee

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Representative Kevin Hern (OK-01) was elected as Chair of the House Republican Policy Committee (RPC) in the 119th Congress. The Policy Chairman is elected by returning and incoming Members of the House Republican Conference.

Rep. Hern served as Chair of the Republican Study Committee (RSC) in the 118th Congress.

“I’m honored to be elected by my peers to serve as the Republican Policy Chair in the next Congress,” said Rep. Hern. “The next two years will shape our country’s future, and I'm ready to roll my sleeves up and deliver the policy wins America deserves. I’m thankful for the support of my peers and look forward to enacting the America First agenda hand-in-glove with the Trump-Vance Administration next year. We’re going to Make America Great Again!

“I want to thank Marisa Burleson for her tireless work these last several weeks helping to secure this victory. Many Members of our Conference have gotten to know Marisa as RSC’s Member Services Director and know her to be a dedicated and reliable patriot who has been essential to RSC’s success. I’m proud to have her on the team and can’t thank her enough for all the important behind-the-scenes work she has done.”
