“This is a win not just for President Trump, but for the Constitution,” said Rep. Hern. “Jack Smith’s prosecution against President Trump is purely political – today’s ruling affirms the constitutional authority of the executive and ensures that presidents of any party won’t be targeted by their political opponents for doing their job.”
