Dear Friend,
September was an extremely busy month, with radical spending packages totaling $5.5 trillion working through the Democrat-controlled House and Senate. The Democratic party is in a complete state of disarray, with several Democrats opposing the ridiculous price tag of the bills while progressives insist that they will not vote for the $1.2 trillion bill that includes, among other things, funding for infrastructure, if it is not linked to the $3.5 trillion budget reconciliation.
Despite the busy legislative month in Washington, I spent a good amount of time back home in Oklahoma with my constituents. I heard from local and state leaders about their concerns, acted against government overreach, and even had the opportunity to play in the Congressional Baseball game.
