Hern votes to move impeachment inquiry forward

WASHINGTON, DC – Representative Kevin Hern (OK-01) voted in favor of a resolution to move forward the impeachment inquiry in the House of Representatives.

“The ongoing investigations into the Biden family’s mysterious business dealings have already turned up astonishing information,” said Rep. Hern. “With the recent failure of Hunter Biden to comply with subpoenas from House investigators, it’s more important than ever to authorize this impeachment inquiry on the House floor. I have extraordinary concerns with Joe Biden and his family’s business dealings during his time in office – we owe it to the American people to get to the bottom of this.”

Earlier this year, former Speaker McCarthy opened the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. This vote authorizes certain committees to continue the ongoing investigations. Rep. Hern sits on the House Committee on Ways and Means, one of the committees investigating allegations against President Joe Biden and his family.
