Representative Kevin Hern (OK-01) released the following statement today in response to the tragic death of four United States Marines during a NATO training exercise.

“I'm devastated to learn of the four young Marines who lost their lives during a NATO training exercise this past weekend,” said Rep. Hern. “Captain Matthew J. Tomkiewicz, Captain Ross A. Reynolds, Gunnery Sergeant James W. Speedy, and Corporal Jacob M. Moore served their country with honor and distinction.  My thoughts and prayers are with their family and friends during this unimaginably difficult time. May we never forget the constant sacrifices that our brave service members make in defense of our freedoms.”
